Question: What is the delivery Time?
Answer: We provide shipping all over Pakistan through TCS,Call Couriers,M&P Logistics, Swyft Courier & Express Courier Link. Deliveries can take 3-5 business days. Bridal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the season of delivery.

Question: What if the product color varies?
Answer: Surmai ensures that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Surmai do not accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.

 

Question: Can I cancel my order?
Answer: You can cancel your order before the item is shipped.

 

Question: Can I amend my order?
Answer: Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes

 

Question: Can I return the product?
Answer: We do not accept returns for online orders.

 

Question: What is the Exchange Policy?
Answer: Exchange will acceptable in case of damage or defected articles , you may exchange it with another product. You must contact Surmai store within 7 days of purchase along with the original receipt after informing and approval at info@surmai.pk
